A highly respected, physician-owned ophthalmology / optometry practice in Michigan is seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist (or glaucoma or cornea surgeon) to join its team due to growing patient demand and succession planning.

The Opportunity
- Join an established MD/OD private practice with a healthy referral network
- Immediate clinical and surgical patient demand
- Incoming surgeon could perform 500–750+ procedures year one and over 1,000 annually
- Partnership with no Goodwill costs
- 4.5 days per week
- Easily achievable high professional collections
- Senior physician is willing to transition surgical volume once clinical and surgical quality and patient care skills are demonstrated
- Long-term ownership opportunity for the right ophthalmologist
- Compensation & Structure
- Supportive team including multiple medically oriented ODs
Base salary range: $325K to $400K depending on clinical and surgical skills, training, experience and overall suitability for the role.
