Description
Pinsight is a talent management Software as a Service (SaaS) company specializing in simulation-based leadership and executive assessment and development. Our clients are typically large organizations, and our platform helps them hire, promote, and develop leaders for senior roles. We are a mission-driven organization committed to bringing fairness to leadership selection, development, and succession. We believe leadership opportunities should be awarded based on merit, not on background, identity, or access.
Our Values:
Fairness: We treat people equally, without bias or discrimination.
Evidence: We make decisions based on data and scientific evidence.
Potential: We believe that everyone has the potential to become a great leader.
Our Culture:
At Pinsight, we are a high-performing, collaborative company that values ownership, innovation, and results. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and trust, balanced by accountability and follow-through. As a growing organization, we look for people who are comfortable working in environments where contributions are visible, standards are high, and everyone plays a meaningful role in shaping how we work. Our culture is professional, thoughtful, and people-centered and is well suited to individuals who enjoy influence, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
The Opportunity:
Pinsight works with large, complex organizations to support critical leadership decisions through hiring, promotion, succession, and development. As we evolve from an assessment provider into a Leadership Intelligence Platform, our Client Engagement team sits at the heart of that shift, shaping how assessment evidence is implemented, interpreted, adopted, and embedded into our clients' talent systems.
This position leads how some of the world's most sophisticated organizations put leadership assessment to work, few roles offer this vantage point. You will influence the full arc of the client relationship, from onboarding and implementation through stakeholder training, change management, assessment interpretation, and ongoing advisory services, across a broad portfolio of enterprise clients. That gives you rare visibility into how leading organizations select, develop, and promote their leaders, and a real opportunity to help them do it better.
Our focus is the enterprise market, including some of the world's largest and most complex organizations. Each relationship spans multiple stakeholders and consequential leadership decisions, and our clients look to us for best practice in applying assessment across talent acquisition, leadership development, high-potential identification, and succession. You will lead a team of Implementation Managers who own day-to-day client relationships, while you set the direction for how our enterprise accounts mature: architecting account strategies, advising client leaders on assessment best practice, and serving as the team's expert voice on methodology and interpretation.
What You'll Own:
Enterprise Account Strategy & Change Leadership, Lead the Client Engagement Team, Assessment Interpretation & Expert Guidance, Bridging Science and Practice, Renewal & Account Health.
Your Impact Across Pinsight:
This role is a key voice across the company and will partner with Solution Design, Product & Science, and Leadership Intelligence.
How Success Is Measured:
Success means clients embed Pinsight into their talent processes, realize sustained value, and renew. The primary measure is gross revenue retention, supported by adoption, implementation quality, stakeholder engagement, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
We are looking for a senior consultant and trusted client partner as well as an experienced enterprise leader who combines strong people leadership with deep talent assessment expertise, and who operates credibly with sophisticated HR and Talent Management clients. You will likely bring:
8+ years of experience in talent management consulting, assessment, HR technology, organizational consulting, client success, professional services, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing client-facing teams.
Experience managing complex Fortune 1000 or similarly sophisticated enterprise relationships.
Strong knowledge of enterprise talent processes such as executive selection, succession, leadership development, HiPo identification, or promotion.
Experience scoping work, driving adoption, and securing renewals.
Strong program and implementation management capabilities.
Experience with executive assessment methodology, leadership assessment centers, or applied I/O psychology.
The ability to confidently interpret individual assessment results and advise HR professionals on their appropriate application to talent decisions.
Strong commercial judgment and experience facilitating renewal negotiations.
Graduate training in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Talent Management, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
The Leadership Profile:
This role suits a scientist-practitioner, someone equally at home with the evidence and with the client. You can walk an enterprise Talent leader through the evidence behind an assessment center rating in the morning (what behaviors were observed, how they were measured, and what the data can and cannot support) and spend the afternoon coaching an Implementation Manager, reviewing account health, or planning assessor capacity. You hold a practitioner's respect for rigor. You care about validity, fairness, and defensible decisions, and you translate them into language business leaders can act on. You create clarity rather than dependency. You establish standards and then trust capable people to operate within them. You know when to step into a client situation, and when your team should own it. Most importantly, you understand that excellent client engagement isn't measured by how indispensable you personally become to clients. It's measured by building a team and operating model that makes Pinsight indispensable to them.
Requirements:
You should be based in Colorado at the start date and able to meet for monthly team on-site meetings in Denver. We do not offer relocation assistance for this role. The expected annual base salary range for this position is $140,000–$170,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.
