Description

As part of the Development Team this position supports fundraising goals and helps us share our story through social media and marketing activities. Responsibilities include support with donor relations, external communications, the website, social media, and managing the donor database. The Development Manager also plans and executes donor events, tracks fundraising outcomes, and collaborates with team members and community partners to strengthen programs and philanthropic support for TCH.

Requirements

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in non-profits, sales, marketing or related fields; five
(5) years of related work experience; an Arizona Driver’s License and clean MVR; and the ability to pass
background checks and a pre-employment drug screening.
