Adecco is hiring immediately for Customer Support Agents in Fremont, MI. While working in a Customer Support Agent position for Adecco, you will earn $14.93/hour + other great benefits! As a Customer Support Agent, you will answer customer inquiries primarily by phone, with occasional support through email, chat, or text. Responsibilities include providing basic information about products and services, assisting with simple orders and transactions, and following standard procedures to document and report issues. The position also involves entering and updating customer information in company systems, using internal tools to look up details and respond to questions, and adhering to company guidelines for handling customer data.

Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED
· Basic communication skills (verbal and written)
· Basic computer and data entry skills
· Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
· Problem-solving skills
· Customer service skills or willingness to learn
· Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
Available Shift:
· 2nd shift schedule
· Start times between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM
· Monday through Friday coverage
· Weekend shifts included as needed

Pay Details: $14.93 per hour
