Job Description

As a Customer Care Specialist you will support pre- and post-sales service to our customers.

You will report to the General Manager in Czech Group and have a hybrid schedule working in Brno, Czech.

Your Responsibilities - You will do:

• Communicate with customers, providing information on price and availability, delivery expectation, ability to expedite orders, delivery tracking
• Sell our electronic repair services and spare parts to end-users, using a web and phone sales
• Provide information about services offerings, resolving misunderstandings and disputes and co-coordinating the contact with management and technical personnel for fulfillment of the customer's needs.
• Support Managers and Technical personnel by providing administrative support.
• To support both internal/external customers in providing excellent customer service
• Priorities/monitor own workload
• Use your initiative, whilst being a team player
• To ensure that deliverables are following the Customers Agreement
• Seek out and participate in development covering both technical skills and personal development

The Essentials - You will have:

• Either fluent Knowledge of Czech or Slovak, Hungarian and English Languages (first option)
• Or fluent knowledge of Hungarian, Romanian and English (second option)
• At least Technical School/ Business Academy finished
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Pro- active attitude
• Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge
• Knowledge of administrative tasks within in a Customer Service environment
• Additionally, is a motivated team player.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Experiences in the Customer Center are advantage
