What the day will look like
Based within Griffiths & Armour's Professional Risks Division, the role will consist of:
- Reading and reviewing contracts (largely construction contracts) for Griffiths & Armour's clients.
- Providing advice, assistance and recommendations to clients in relation to those contracts.
- Providing support to client facing brokers within the business.
- Building relationships with clients.
- Getting involved in crafting and delivering risk management literature, statistics and presentations. Full training will be provided.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Solid legal expertise - supported by relevant experience or qualifications, ideally within construction-related matters
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills - able to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- Highly organised with excellent time management - capable of prioritising workload and meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach - ensuring accuracy when reviewing complex information
- Professional integrity - trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Commercial awareness & team mindset - collaborative, with an understanding of client needs and business context
