Client Services & Collections Officer
to join their collaborative and high-performing team.

The OpportunityAs a key member of the team, you will play an important role in supporting clients and stakeholders while ensuring a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
• Conducting customer-focused collections activities for accounts in arrears
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities
• Updating customer accounts and database information
• Assisting with weekly arrears reporting
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing solutions and support to customer queries in a professional manner

About YouWe are looking for an enthusiastic and personable professional who enjoys working with people and prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service.To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service, client services and/or collections
• Strong telephone and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• A positive, proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Sound Microsoft Office skills

Experience within financial services or asset finance will be highly regarded but is not essential.What's in it for You?
