Job Description
As a Co-investment Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Evaluate and analyze co-investment opportunities sourced from leading general partners, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
- Conduct investment due diligence, review transaction structures and documentation, and prepare investment memos for internal approval.
- Support deal execution processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as legal, tax, and risk teams.
- Monitor portfolio performance, review financial reports and valuations, and assist with ongoing portfolio analysis and exit planning.
- Maintain relationships with GPs and participate in meetings, management presentations, and due diligence discussions. Contribute to market research, pipeline development, and internal investment discussions.
A successful Co-investment Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with 3-7 years of relevant experience in private equity co-investment and investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills, with a solid understanding of private market investments and deal processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
