Role Overview

Join a premier global asset servicing and financial institution as a Client Services Analyst or Associate. You will serve as the main point of contact for regional and global clients, supporting day-to-day inquiries across global custody, fund accounting, and administration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Support & Resolution: Act as the primary liaison for client inquiries regarding trade settlement, corporate actions, fund transfers, FX, and tax.
• Account & Onboarding Management: Assist clients with new market openings, account maintenance, and system setup.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Take end-to-end ownership to coordinate with internal global offices to resolve operational issues and enhance client experience.
• Tech Adoption: Leverage internal platforms to manage inquiries efficiently while guiding clients on adopting new automation tools.
• Risk & Compliance: Manage required client documentation (KYC, tax, account info), prepare monthly reporting metrics, and escalate operational risks appropriately.

Requirements

• Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, or Accounting focus preferred) with 3+ years of experience in global custody, fund accounting, or financial client services.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of global securities markets, operational workflows, and/or fund administration.
• Key Competencies: Strong multi-tasking, detail orientation, and problem-solving abilities in a high-pressure environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Flexibility: Willingness to provide coverage on Hong Kong public holidays when needed.
