CLERK/TREASURER The Village of Lake Orion is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Village Clerk/Treasurer. The position is under the general supervision of the Village Manager and is responsible for the administration of the Village's Clerk and Finance/Treasury functions. Responsibilities include serving as Clerk of the Village Council and secretary to boards and commissions; preparing agendas, packets and meeting minutes; maintaining official records and ordinances; publishing legal notices; coordinating FOIA requests; administering licenses and permits; overseeing the Village's financial operations, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, investments, debt management, grants, financial reporting, budgeting and annual audit coordination; and other administrative duties as assigned.
