Description
Join an Integrated Musculoskeletal Practice in South Richland
Lifestyle Healthcare is seeking a Doctor of Chiropractic to join our team in South Richland, Washington.
We are a multi-discipline musculoskeletal practice operating two clinics on Keene Road. Chiropractic, massage therapy, and acupuncture are housed at one location; physical therapy and medical/ARNP services sit next door at the other. That proximity is the entire point. When a patient needs structured rehab, soft tissue work, or an injection consult, you are handing them off to a colleague down the street not sending them into the void and hoping a note comes back.
What makes this different from a typical associate role
You practice. We handle the rest. Verification of benefits, prior authorizations, referral tracking, coding, and billing are managed by dedicated administrative staff. You will not spend your afternoons chasing an L&I authorization or arguing with a clearinghouse.
Real co-management, not a referral pad. You will work alongside physical therapists, licensed massage therapists, acupuncturists, and an ARNP. Complex cases get a team and a coordinated plan.
A genuine musculoskeletal caseload. Washington L&I, personal injury and PIP, commercial insurance, and self-pay. Acute injury, post-collision, chronic degenerative, and work-conditioning cases. This is not a wellness-only schedule.
Established systems. ChiroTouch on the chiropractic side, with documented workflows, defined documentation standards, and administrative infrastructure built to support clinical work rather than obstruct it.
Who we're looking for
Someone who wants to do honest, careful work and be measured on patient outcomes and visit counts. If you document thoroughly, communicate clearly with referring and co-treating providers, and are comfortable saying "this isn't a chiropractic case let's get you to the right person," you will do well here.
New graduates are welcome. So are experienced doctors who are tired of practicing without real support behind them.
Why South Richland, and why now
South Richland sits at the base of Badger Mountain in the Tri-Cities, a metro area of roughly 324,000 people that is now Washington's fourth largest and still adding residents every year. This is a region in the middle of real growth, and the patient base is growing with it.
Our Keene Road location is minutes from the Queensgate shopping and dining district, the Columbia River waterfront, and the trailheads at Badger Mountain and Candy Mountain preserves. The Red Mountain AVA and the wineries of the Columbia Valley are a short drive west.
The practical case for building a career here:
More than 300 days of sunshine a year, and four real seasons without the Westside rain. Housing at a fraction of Seattle or Portland pricing, in a state with no income tax
A ten-to-twenty minute commute from essentially anywhere in the metro
A diverse regional economy anchored by energy, advanced scientific research, agriculture, and food production.
Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, WSU Tri-Cities, strong public schools, and a regional airport in Pasco
Skiing, the Blue Mountains, Walla Walla, and the Columbia Gorge all within a comfortable drive
The Tri-Cities is one of the few places left in Washington where a young doctor can build a practice and a life at the same time without betting everything on a mortgage.
