Mosaic Life Care is an independent, physician-led, non-profit system that serves a population of approximately 270,000 in 41 counties and four states. Mosaic operates three hospitals with over 5,000 employees and is financially sound with revenues near $1B and has a fierce commitment to the communities they serve. 

The CFO will be an essential member of the senior leadership team and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic direction for financial planning and treasury functions for the organization.

Requirements

The candidate will:

• Continue to foster a culture of compliance; plan, direct, and manage the overall financial performance, financial policies, internal controls, accounting practices, budgets, and financial reporting for the system
• Develop ways to grow and expand the financial performance and outlook of the organization ensuring an appropriate combination of programs and services to meet the needs of the region
• Innovate and participate in the development of long-range strategic plans and objectives and encourage the organization to think outside the box

Ideal candidates will have previous CFO experience in a sizable acute care organization and strong revenue cycle experience.
