At Integrated Consulting Services (“ICS”), we provide on-demand financial expertise, leadership, and peace of mind to help small businesses and entrepreneurs solve problems, seize opportunities and meet their goals.

 As a Consultant, you will work directly with business owners alongside an ICS CFO Lead, helping them gain deeper financial insights beyond basic bookkeeping. Our clients typically have a bookkeeping or controller function but seek strategic guidance in cash flow management, financial planning, and business advisory. You will play a key role in supporting financial operations, providing meaningful analysis, and helping owners make informed decisions.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build financial models for various clients and thirteen-week cash flow models to help business owners achieve their goals.
• Update thirteen-week cash flow models and lead client calls to advise on cash flow management on a weekly basis.
• Lead weekly meetings with ICS CFO Lead and business owners to drive consulting work and deliver strategic and practical advice.
• Perform month end reviews and complete monthly financial statement packages for assigned clients.
• Present monthly reports to provide strategic insights into the financial performance of the clients.
• Assist business owners on understanding financial statements and the financial impact of their business decisions.
• Work effectively in a remote, on-site, or hybrid setting, depending on the needs of the client.
• Support the ICS CFO lead on any requests to better serve the clients.
• Employ good, sound judgement and become a trusted advisor for the client.
• Present complex financial results or business decisions in effective presentations.
• Develop strong working relationships with the clients and other stakeholders. 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA is a plus)
• 2 – 3 years of client service experience, ideally public accounting
• Capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Advanced working knowledge of GAAP accounting and forecasting methodologies
• Strong Excel skills
• Solid analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Experience in presenting complex financial results that assists decision making and the ability to communicate with less technical individuals
• Willing to be on-site with clients, if requested
