- Delivery & Facilitation: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, analytical skills, and executive reporting capabilities.
- Core Compliance: Ability to satisfy standard pre-employment, background, and security checks.
- 5 - 10+ Years Experience designing, implementing, and maturing BCM lifecycles in complex or heavily regulated environments (Insurance, Financial Services, NSW Govt, or Critical Infrastructure preferred).
- Hands-On BIA & BCP: Proven track record in BIA execution, recovery strategy validation, gap analysis, and incident/crisis management alignment.
- Maturity Modeling & GRC Systems: Demonstrated experience designing BCM maturity models and working with BCM/GRC platforms (Risk Connect, RSA Archer, or similar).
- Exercise Facilitation: Strong track record designing and executing scenario exercises, capturing lessons learned, and tracking corrective actions.
- Vendor Resilience: Experience assessing third-party/material service provider continuity and DR capabilities.
