Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst Level 3 with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This person will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams to gather, document, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process flows.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with stakeholders, has strong communication skills in English, and demonstrates a high level of ownership over deliverables. Experience in the Insurance domain, especially Property & Casualty (P&C), is highly valued.

Rate: USD 18/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Document requirements clearly and completely
• Prepare business process flow diagrams
• Act as a bridge between business teams, developers, and QA
• Ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions
• Take ownership of analysis deliverables throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience interacting directly with business stakeholders
• Solid experience in:
  
  • Business requirements gathering
  • Requirements documentation
  • Business process flow diagramming
• Strong collaboration skills with Developers and QA teams
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Insurance domain
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a strong plus
