As our St. Charles Banking Center Manager, you'll lead the people, performance, operations, and customer experience of the banking center.
You'll coach a team, build relationships, keep operations running strong, and look for opportunities to grow our presence in the St. Charles community.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who likes to get stuff done, develop people, solve problems, and create a team people want to be part of.
What You'll Do
✔Lead the day-to-day operations and performance of the St. Charles Banking Center✔Coach, develop, and hold your team accountable while celebrating their wins
✔Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to deepen those relationships
✔Drive banking center growth through exceptional service, referrals, and community connections
✔Create a welcoming experience where customers feel known, valued, and confident in their banking relationship
✔Oversee operational controls, including cash management, audits, dual control, balancing, security, and compliance
✔Review performance metrics, identify opportunities, and turn them into action
✔Train and develop teammates on products, systems, service expectations, and compliance
✔Resolve complex customer situations with confidence, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach
✔Partner with Lending, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and other teams across the Bank
✔Build MRV Banks' presence through networking and involvement in the St. Charles community
✔Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage while creating a positive, accountable, and fun team environment
✔Champion digital banking solutions and help customers and teammates confidently use our technology
What You'll Bring
✔Several years of banking experience with strong knowledge of retail banking and branch operations✔Leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
✔Working knowledge of banking compliance and operational requirements, including KYC/CIP and BSA/AML
✔Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills
✔Confidence making decisions, solving problems, and taking ownership
✔Strong organization and attention to detail
✔Comfort with banking systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office
✔A reliable, consistent, "gets stuff done" approach to leadership
✔A desire to be part of the community and build long-term relationships
✔Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
