Your Responsibilities

1. Prepare the management reporting for actuals, forecasts and budgets and conduct Group budget and long-term planning processes, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery to RTL Group management and the Board.
2. Review reported financial information for consistency, accuracy, and quality; ensure alignment between internal and external reporting in close collaboration with RTL Group Financial Reporting.
3. Develop and implement reporting solutions, processes, and KPI frameworks to support management decisions and enhance financial transparency across the Group.
4. Cooperate closely with RTL Group's subsidiaries to ensure standardized reporting practices and share best practices across the Group.
5. Support Group Controlling activities, including the preparation of Executive Committee and Board of Directors meetings.
6. Conceptualize and deliver Group performance updates and ad-hoc analyses, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
7. Support capital markets communication by preparing inputs for quarterly reports and investor presentations in collaboration with other headquarter departments.

Your profile

1. Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on finance or accounting.
2. More than 3 years of professional experience in management reporting, financial controlling, or a related area; experience in an international or listed company is a plus.
3. Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail, high commitment, and sound business judgment.
4. Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, a team-player mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, businesses, and territories.
6. Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Experience with finance systems and BI solutions, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Financial Consolidation, Anaplan XL and OneStream are a strong plus.
8. Proven experience contributing to finance transformation or tool implementation projects is a plus.
9. Fluency in English, proficiency in German and/or French language is a plus.
