Overview

TPC Jasna Polana is seeking a motivated, service-driven Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf team. This is an excellent opportunity for a PGA Professional who is looking to grow their career in a premier private-club environment and play an important role in delivering an exceptional member experience.

The Assistant Golf Professional will work closely with the Director of Golf and the entire golf team, with responsibilities spanning daily golf operations, member services, instruction, tournaments, merchandising, and staff support.

Experience Required

• Current PGA Member or PGA Associate - Level 3 Apprentice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for golf and providing exceptional member service
• Professional, energetic, and team-oriented approach
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-service environment
• Private-club or high-end golf facility experience
• Experience providing golf instruction
• Tournament and event-management experience
• Golf shop merchandising and inventory experience
• Familiarity with Golf Genius, GHIN, Microsoft Office, and POS systems

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to members and guests while building strong professional relationships.
• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the golf department and golf shop.
• Provide private golf instruction, clinics, and player-development programs.
• Assist with the planning and execution of member tournaments, outings, clinics, and special events.
• Support tournament administration, including pairings, scoring, registration, and event setup.
• Assist with golf shop merchandising, inventory, sales, and daily operations.
• Assist with tee-time management and pace-of-play initiatives.
• Help train, supervise, and develop golf shop and outside golf staff.
• Maintain a strong presence throughout the golf shop, practice facilities, and golf course.
• Assist with member communications and golf department initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Golf and the entire golf team to maintain a high level of service and operational excellence.
