The Country Club of Little Rock is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf team. Established in 1902, The Country Club of Little Rock is a premier private club with a rich tradition of excellence, a strong commitment to member service, and a passion for providing an exceptional golf experience.

The Assistant Golf Professional plays an important role in supporting the Director of Golf in all aspects of golf operations. This position provides an opportunity to develop professionally while working in a premier private club environment focused on delivering outstanding experiences for members and guests.

The ideal candidate is a motivated golf professional who enjoys building relationships, teaching the game, managing events, and contributing to a team dedicated to excellence.

In addition to base compensation, this position offers opportunities for additional income through private instruction, golf clinics, and player development programming

Experience Required

• PGA Associate or Class A PGA Professional preferred
• 1-3 years of golf industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of golf operations, tournament management, and the Rules of Golf
• Ability to provide quality golf instruction and player development programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a member-focused mindset
• Ability to play and understand the game at a high level
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic administrative functions
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, early mornings or late evenings.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Golf with daily golf operations
• Provide exceptional service and build positive relationships with members and guests
• Assist with tournament planning, execution, and event operations
• Support junior golf programs, clinics, and instructional activities
• Provide individual golf instruction and player development opportunities
• Assist with golf shop operations, merchandising, inventory control, and sales
• Support tee sheet management and daily golf activities
• Assist with training and supervising golf operations staff
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized golf operation
• Perform additional duties as assigned
