Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will establish and lead the Bank's Structured Finance business as a strategic growth pillar. We are establishing a Structured Finance & Syndications capability to drive business origination, structure and execution of financing transactions across digital infrastructure and other strategic sectors while working closely with Product, Risk, Treasury, Legal, Operations and Finance. The role carries commercial ownership of the structured finance franchise, with an initial focus on AI infrastructure and projects financing.

This is an opportunity to establish a new business line with enterprise-wide visibility and significant autonomy, supported by dedicated product specialists with AI infrastructure expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the Bank's structured finance business strategy and product roadmap.

• Lead origination, structuring, execution and syndication of complex financing transactions.

• Build relationships with corporates, sponsors, investors, banks and strategic partners.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Credit, Risk, Treasury and Legal.

• Identify new market opportunities and financing solutions supporting the digital economy.

• Lead negotiations with borrowers, lenders and investors.

• Build and mentor a high-performing structured finance team.

• Represent the Bank in the market and position it as a leading structured finance provider in the digital infrastructure and projects segment.

Job Requirement

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience leading structured finance, syndicated lending or infrastructure finance businesses.

• Strong commercial origination track record with end-to-end transaction execution experience.

• Proven ability to build client relationships and develop new business lines.

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary transaction teams.

• Knowledge of AI infrastructure ecosystem is desirable but not mandatory.
