Accounts Officer role | Northgate location | Permanent position Your new company
This international company that operates across the world is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join their small finance and administration team. This permanent full-time position will be based in their Northgate offices, which has on-site parking available.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Processing accounts payable invoices

Preparing payments

Creditor reconciliations

Processing expenses

Reconciling bank accounts

Invoicing customers

Assisting with general administration tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in an account processing position

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills and being committed to providing excellent customer service
