This is a tight-knit, family-style transmission shop — not a corporate environment.

This role may occasionally assist with phones or service writing when needed, but the primary focus is still high-level technical work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Transmission repair, rebuilds, and replacements
• Diagnosing and repairing drivability concerns
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced technicians
• Helping keep workflow moving efficiently in a small-shop environment

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of automotive experience
• Strong diagnostic ability (non-negotiable)
• Deep transmission expertise
• ASE certifications preferred but must be willing to get
• Team-first attitude
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a smaller shop environment
