Overview

Excellent opportunity to lead the golf operations under a Director of Golf who is the acting General Manager. Areas of focus are Tournament Operations (Golf Genius), and Golf Operations.

Ideal role for someone who is aspiring to be a Head Golf Professional in the next 18-24 months. Director of Golf has mentored 18 Assistants in acheiving Head Professional status.

Experience Required

Golf Genius experience needed to run the usual Men's and Ladies Leagues, Member-Guests

Experience managing direct reports

Basic knowledge of merchandising

Playing ability and desire to improve are a plus

Essential Responsibilities

Leader of the Golf Operation along with the Director of Golf.
