In your role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional daily golf experiences by supporting the operation of the golf program while providing outstanding service to residents, members, guests, and prospective members. Working closely with the Director of Golf and Golf Operations team, you will assist with tournament operations, golf instruction, member engagement, pace of play, merchandising support, and daily golf activities while fostering an environment that reflects the hospitality, professionalism, and excellence that define Amara Golf & Social Club. Through your passion for the game, relationship-driven approach, and commitment to service, you will help ensure every round is welcoming, enjoyable, and memorable.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by welcoming residents, members, and guests, providing knowledgeable assistance with golf operations, answering questions, and fostering meaningful relationships that enhance the overall golf experience.

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of tournaments, member events, clinics, outings, and golf programming while ensuring each event reflects the exceptional service standards of Amara Golf & Social Club.

• Support daily golf operations by monitoring pace of play, coordinating tee time activities, assisting with practice facilities, supervising golf operations during assigned shifts, and maintaining a safe, organized, and enjoyable playing environment.

• Provide golf instruction, player development support, and equipment recommendations, as appropriate, while promoting participation in instructional programs, member events, and other golf activities.

• Partner with the Retail Manager, Outside Service, Caddie Master, and Membership Services teams to ensure seamless coordination of member requests, guest services, tournament operations, and personalized golf experiences.

• Maintain professional knowledge of the game through continued education, PGA standards, industry trends, and product knowledge while contributing ideas that enhance golf operations, member engagement, and the overall Club experience.
