Job Title: Recruitment Outreach Coordinator
Work Hours: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Exempt
Annual Salary Range: $41,840 - $50,210 DOE
Reports to: HR Manager

Read Better Be Better's mission is to connect young readers and youth leaders to inspire a love of literacy and learning.
Read Better Be Better (RBBB) is an education nonprofit focused on solving Arizona's literacy crisis. We work with partnering school districts throughout Phoenix to connect 3rd-grade readers and middle-school leaders to inspire a love of literacy and learning. Since 2014, RBBB has served thousands of Phoenix students with its after-school program in over 70 schools. Each school semester, RBBB has expanded to serve more students, schools, and families. As a mission-driven, collaborative community of passionate and creative professionals, RBBB welcomes those seeking to apply their work expertise and strengths to making a positive impact on Arizona's education system.
A Day as RBBB's Recruitment Outreach Coordinator
As the Recruitment Outreach Coordinator, you will find yourself bouncing between your work desk and meetings at RBBB's office, and then out in the community at, for example, our partner school sites, career fairs, community events and college classrooms to do presentations. The Recruitment Outreach Coordinator manages the recruiting and staffing requirements of the organization, including full-time and part-time employees, interns and volunteers, and the big focus is on the Program Department team's needs, as we hire 50-100 part-time employees for our after-school literacy program each semester.
