Setting: Group Practice – Comprehensive Stroke Center Affiliation
Compensation: $800,000 – $1,200,000 annually (based on experience and productivity)
Schedule: 3 weeks per month, 1 week of vacation monthly
About the Opportunity
A well-established, highly collaborative private neurosurgical group in Los Angeles is seeking a fellowship-trained Neuroendovascular Neurosurgeon to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. We provide cutting-edge care for complex open cerebrovascular, neuroendovascular, and stroke patients at a Comprehensive Stroke Center, with the benefit of a collegial practice environment.
You will join a group consisting of:
A dual-trained Neuroendovascular / Skull Base Neurosurgeon An Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon A Neuroendovascular Neurologist We work seamlessly across subspecialties to deliver excellent patient outcomes and foster professional growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced neuroendovascular procedures including thrombectomy, aneurysm coiling, AVM/AVF embolization, and other cerebrovascular interventions. Participate in Neurosurgery and acute stroke call coverage for the affiliated Comprehensive Stroke Center. Perform open cranial cases, general neurosurgery, general spine while on call Engage in ongoing research, clinical trials, and academic pursuits as desired. Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations, follow-up care, and patient education. Contribute to multidisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications
MD or DO degree and completion of an ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency. Fellowship training in neuroendovascular surgery (CAST-certified program) Board-certified or board-eligible in neurosurgery. Eligible for California medical licensure. Commitment to excellence in patient care, teamwork, and continuous professional development.
