Senior Physiotherapist – Leadership Opportunity

Not every physiotherapy role is about seeing patients all day.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist who wants to help build something bigger.
At Xceed Health, we work with active people who want to perform at their best. Yes, we actually treat competitive pro athletes. Strength training and performance-based rehabilitation are part of our everyday practice, and you’ll use our in-house gym space including a squat rack and rehabilitation equipment to bridge the gap between the treatment room and return to performance. We are a multi-disciplinary clinic utilising different modalities to meet a common goal, keep our athletes performing at their best everyday.
The Opportunity
As our Senior Physiotherapist, you’ll work closely with the Director to help lead the clinical team while continuing to develop your own clinical skills.
Hybrid position, meaning you could stay in clinic full-time or choose to help out on the sporting field from time to time also.
This role includes:
* Mentoring and supporting a new graduate physiotherapist.
* Helping shape clinical standards and patient care.
* Collaborating with the team on athlete management and complex cases.
* Building relationships with local sporting clubs and healthcare professionals.
* Having genuine input into the future direction of the clinic.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has several years of musculoskeletal private practice experience.
* Hungry, humble and eager to push for better.
* Enjoys working with active people and athletes.
* Is confident prescribing exercise and using strength-based rehabilitation.
* Wants to mentor and develop younger clinicians.
* Leads with humility, initiative and professionalism.
* Wants to be part of a growing business.
