We are looking for
• 1x Full time or Part time Senior Physiotherapist
The role would involve managing a caseload of patients as well as training junior staff.
A suitable candidate must have a passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and educating other health professionals (including Graduate Physiotherapists, Massage therapists and Chiropractors)
The role would consist of mentoring, growing and eventually sharing in the ownership of our multidisciplinary clinic/s.
Remuneration:
Salary: $90k-$130k
OR Commission + Mentorship Hours: negotiable. Approx 50% depending on experience.
Bonuses / Equity share in business profits will also be included.
Flexible Physiotherapy Roles
We are also looking for
• 1x Part time Physiotherapist(20 Hours per week)
• 1x Casual Physiotherapist (Weekends)
The roles are across our Maddington and Wembley (mainly) but opportunities are possible in Ellenbrook and Osborne Park as well.
Hours and preferred location can be discussed during the interview.
There is flexibility with shifts but a combination of morning starts, or late finishes and weekend work maybe required.
For New Graduates there is
An allowance $1000 towards further education
In house continued support and education sessions.
This would be supported role where you will have the ability to have 1 on 1 training with our senior practitioners.
The roles would be in the Northern / Northeastern suburbs of Perth. (Namely our Osborne Park and Ellenbrook clinic).

All clinics have an existing caseload but also have the room to expand.
Our clinics are located close to or within GP clinics and strive to have good working relationships with their doctors.
Our practice manages a varied caseload of musculoskeletal problems, exercise and orthopaedic rehabilitation, women’s health, sporting, work and motor vehicle injuries.
Requirements
The Senior candidates should demonstrate the following requirements:
• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy with AHPRA registration
• Clinical Pilates Certification.
• Dry Needling Qualifications.
• GLAD certified and experience with Functional strength training
• High levels of work ethic and organisational skills.
• High levels of self-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to perform effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
TheJunior Physiotherapistshould demonstrate the following requirements:
• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy with AHPRA registration.
• Willingness to learn and passion for evidence based physiotherapy
• Commitment to continuing professional development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families and administration.
• Ability to perform effectively and cross-collaborate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
