We have an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our team on a part-time (or full time for the right candidate) basis, commencing immediately.
At Inner Strength Bayside, we all share an interest in Clinical Pilates. Other services include pre and post-natal care, pelvic health, cancer rehabilitation, GLA:D, and exercise rehabilitation. Our friendly team is committed to delivering industry-leading physiotherapy to our clients and the wider community.
We're a close-knit, small team with a strong focus on client experience and teamwork - and we're looking for someone who's hungry to grow and a great team player who is able to connect well with clients and colleagues. Requirements
The Role
- Running group Clinical Pilates classes (45 mins, with up to 4 people in a class)
- In-rooms physiotherapy treatment, writing and implementing treatment plans
- Clear and concise record keeping
- Communicating with referrers
- Contributing to our social media channels (@innerstrengthbayside)
Essential Requirements
- Fully registered AHPRA Physiotherapist
- Clinical Pilates experience or training
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to build strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to grow your caseload and develop your clinical interests
- Emotionally intelligent, with strong judgement in how you work with clients and teammates
- Experience in private practice with the ability to work autonomously
- Genuine interest in musculoskeletal clients, including pre and post-natal
- A passion for delivering exceptional results that achieve optimal physical health — not just clinical recovery — will make you a great fit.
