AGENCY COORDINATOR

Position Summary

The Agency Coordinator is the top-level manager of The Gathering Source (TGS) and reports directly to the Board of Directors. The Agency Coordinator works with the Board to set goals and objectives to serve the community consistent with TGS’ mission and vision. 

The Agency Coordinator is the primary day to day operational leader for TGS, coordinating programs, volunteers, community engagement, communications, fundraising, facilities and other organizational activities. All TGS volunteers report directly or indirectly to the Agency Coordinator. 

The Agency Coordinator prioritizes programs and community-facing activities by leveraging the expertise of Board members. Most responsibilities for grants, finance, and information technology are performed by Board members. The Agency Coordinator is expected to be engaged and provide input in these areas.

Compensation is open and will be based upon the experience and strengths of the candidate.
