Emory’s Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences is seeking a visionary leader to be our next Division Director for Cardiothoracic Imaging. The division is currently comprised of ten faculty dedicated to cardiothoracic imaging spanning Emory Healthcare and Grady Health systems. Clinical sites are in the metro Atlanta area, an incredibly diverse, vibrant, and desirable community.
Emory Radiology is a leader in innovative training and encompasses highly acclaimed educational programs including 78 residents and 55 fellows. One to two Cardiac Imaging fellows are recruited each year. Our multidisciplinary research teams benefit from bridging academic programs with Emory’s AI.Humanity initiative, the Emory-Georgia Institute of Technology Biomedical Engineering Department, and many other closely aligned entities.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and highly collaborative leader with excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and change management. A strong desire to foster divisional excellence across all academic missions and to professionally develop faculty and staff is prerequisite.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be fellowship trained in Cardiothoracic Imaging, certified by the American Board of Radiology, and be eligible to obtain an unrestricted Georgia medical license. Faculty rank will be commensurate with experience and accomplishments.
