Mondrian Alpha are partnering with a growing investment firm seeking a Workday Transformation Manager to play a central role in the growth of their finance function.

The firm operates across various global presences and has experience significant growth over recent years. With a strong institutional foundation already in place, the next phase of development is focusing on enhancing financial infrastructure, embedding scalable processes and elevating management insight.

Reporting directly into the CFO, this is a transformation-led position, at the intersection of finance, systems and strategy. The successful candidate will take ownership of driving finance process optimisation, and supporting the continued build of Workday Financials. Alongside system enhancement, the role will help enhance the budgeting, and management reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional academics, 8-12 years' experience within finance, ideally gained in asset management, investment management or a complex financial services environment. A recognised accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA) is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience with Workday Financials, in either implementation or post-go-live optimisation capacity, alongside that, a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders in a high performance environment.
