Description
Job Responsibilities:- Asset Allocation Strategy Development & Execution: Develop diversified asset allocation recommendations across mutual funds, insurance, and structured products, aligned with client needs and market opportunities. Conduct regular portfolio reviews.
2. Client Advisor Training & Enablement: Design and implement targeted training programs for the sales team per business priorities. Deliver enablement support: curate allocation case studies, draft product analyses, and create scenario-based sales scripts.
3. UHNW Client Collaborative Management: Support client advisors in building and retaining UHNW client relationships via joint visits, complex customized allocation solutions, and personalized investment guidance.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 6+ years in wealth management, investment consulting, or portfolio management. Deep expertise in wealth management products. 3+ years proven experience managing and expanding UHNW client portfolios.
2. Client-centric mindset. Highly self-motivated, meticulous, and rigorous. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Cantonese proficiency is a strong plus.
