About the Role
This is a hands-on general practice role with a varied caseload, allowing you to practise high-quality medicine while being supported by an experienced veterinary and nursing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality medical and surgical care across a diverse GP caseload
- Working collaboratively with veterinarians, nurses, and support staff
- Building trusted client relationships through excellent communication
- Contributing to a positive, supportive clinic culture
- Participating in ongoing learning and professional development
Our Clinic & Facilities
We are a well-equipped, modern general practice with:
- Digital X-ray and digital dental X-ray
- Comprehensive dental suite and dental imaging
- In-house laboratory for rapid diagnostics
- Ultrasound
- Orthopaedic and laparoscopic equipment
- Well-equipped surgical and treatment areas
- Specialised equipment to support exotics cases
This level of in-house capability supports efficient case management, excellent clinical outcomes, and ongoing skills development.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in small animal GP (flexible depending on capability)
- Bachelor or Doctor of Veterinary Science
- Registered (or eligible) with ACT Veterinary Practitioners Board
- Strong communication skills
- Team-focused mindset

About You
