The position of VAT Partner is a strategic hire as the business enters an exciting period of growth. The firm has recently expanded across other service lines, including Direct Tax, Corporate Finance and Audit.

Could this be for you?

I am keen to speak with experienced VAT professionals currently operating at a senior level, whether at Senior Manager, Director or Partner level.

I would also welcome conversations with VAT professionals from an in-house background.

We would expect:

• Deep technical expertise in VAT / Indirect Tax
• A strong advisory background (preferable but not essential)
• Commercial acumen and a growth mindset
• Experience building or developing teams
• The credibility to operate at senior leadership level

The Opportunity:

The firm has an established and growing client base across the SME and mid-market space and is now seeking a senior VAT leader to shape, scale and lead its Indirect Tax service line.

As VAT Partner, you will:

• Set and execute the strategic direction of the VAT service offering
• Lead and develop a specialist VAT team across multiple offices
• Act as the firm's technical authority on complex and advisory-led VAT matters
• Collaborate with fellow Partners to drive cross-service growth
• Develop new client relationships and expand market presence
• Play a key role in the wider leadership of the firm
