Job Description

As a Treasury & ALM Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting asset and liability management operations to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing and analyzing reports for liquidity, interest rate risk, and balance sheet management.
• Collaborating with internal teams to optimize funding strategies and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Monitoring market trends and providing insights to improve financial performance.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of ALM policies and procedures.
• Ensuring accurate data management and reporting within the accounting and finance department.
• Providing support for internal and external audits related to ALM activities.
• Participating in special projects and initiatives as required by the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Treasury & ALM Associate should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ALM principles and financial regulations within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
