Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve and develop relationships with our current client base
- Attract and integrate new clients into our portfolio
- Supervise and assess team activities and productivity
- Provide training and support for new team members
- Log daily activities and outcomes through our Salesforce CRM
- Maintain a daily focus on growth in client management and leadership potential development
