CLIENT BACKGROUND

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Review shipping, commercial, and financial documents for compliance.
• Communicate with vendors and factories across Asia to gather information and resolve basic compliance issues.
• Prepare simple reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and maintain organized documentation.
• Assist with ownership structure mapping, pricing research, and regulatory summaries.
• Support senior consultants with project updates and ad‑hoc tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Around 3-5 years' experience in compliance, logistics, supply chain, or professional services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable reviewing documents and conducting basic research in English and Chinese.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
