Testing Manager/Business Analyst vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Accelerate the development and global rollout of a strategic in-house platform focused on compliance-related metrics, including AML, KYC, and Point of Sale monitoring.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data-centric teams, ensuring alignment of definitions and data across multiple locations.
• Define test strategies, design and manage end-to-end testing activities, and translate complex compliance requirements into actionable test scenarios.
• Coordinate activities including sprint planning, test reviews, demonstrations, and acceptance testing.
• Support the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release improvement.

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3-5 years' combined experience as a Test Manager and Business Analyst within financial services or banking, ideally with regulatory or compliance-driven project exposure.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Jira for test case management, defect tracking, and Agile project monitoring.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, especially Oracle DB, with the ability to write and validate SQL queries.
• Proven experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI, in validating report outputs and data integrity. Involvement in data-intensive or analytics-based projects related to risk, compliance, or financial crime reporting is a plus.
• Language skills: English (fluent), German (basic)
