Overview

Commission only position representing an eco-friendly golf ball company responsible for booking and assisting charity golf tournaments over the phone with on-course activities and fundraising as well as helping raise money for charities (in-person) at golf tournaments.

As a Territory Golf Manager you play a significant role in spreading the eco-friendly message about Dixon Golf and you are responsible for building the Dixon Golf brand in your territory.

This is a hybrid position that requires you to attend (in-person) booked events at golf courses in your territory and work from home (remote) other days. Your remote days will require you to act as Tournament Consultant for your territory. Your on-course days will consist of you working as the Representative at the event and training your team of territory Reps.

You are expected to consistently build business in your territory and are responsible for execution of Dixon Challenge events.

You will be an Independent Contractor with Dixon.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Experience Required

Requirements:

• Be able to consistently manage a team of Representatives
• Have superior follow-up skills
• Have reliable transportation and be able to drive the entire territory to
• 1) Cover Events and 2) Regularly Train Representatives
• Own a smart phone
• Knowledge of the game and/or work experience in golf
• Have access to a computer and printer
• Be able to consistently commit a minimum of 10 hours/week to Dixon Golf per week (M-F) during business hours
• Have superior follow-up skills
• Be comfortable on the phone and have strong verbal communication skills
• Have a computer and phone with reliable internet connection
  
  You must be located in the territory for which you are applying, as specified in the Job Title.

Essential Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

• Coordinate all details of Dixon Challenge events in your territory
• Represent Dixon Golf at Dixon Challenge Events
• Hire and train Representatives
• Manage inventory for your territory team
• Sell on-course games, custom products and hole-in-one insurance to events over the phone prior to events.
• Consult charity golf tournaments on elevating sponsorship options and increasing player participation over the phone prior to events.
