Team Leader – Speech Pathology | Fly2Health
Fly2Health is seeking a motivated, values-driven Team Leader – Speech Pathology ready to step confidently into leadership. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about professional growth and developing leadership capability within a highly supportive, mentored environment. You will work closely with our Senior Clinical Leadership Team and Director of Clinical Services, drawing on 25 years of clinical and leadership expertise, while continuing to deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy. This role offers a clear leadership pathway, structured mentorship, and genuine career progression — without compromising clinical excellence.

Leadership Opportunities / Roles Available
