RANDOLPH CENTRAL SCHOOLRandolph Central School District is seeking highly qualified, student-centered educators for anticipated instructional openings for the 2026-2027 school year. * Special EducationCertification Requirement:
NYS Students with Disabilities Certification (any grade level) required; candidates who are currently completing certification requirements and expect to be certified by September 1, 2026 are encouraged to apply.
* SpeechCertification Requirement:
NYS Certification as Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) required; candidates who are currently completing certification requirements and expect to be certified by September 1, 2026 are encouraged to apply.
* ElementaryCertification Requirement:
NYS Childhood Education Certification (Birth-Grade 6) required; candidates who are currently completing certification requirements and expect to be certified by September 1, 2026 are encouraged to apply.
* ArtCertification Requirement:
NYS Art Certification (appropriate grade level) required; candidates who are currently completing certification requirements and expect to be certified by September 1, 2026 are encouraged to apply.
* AISCertification Requirement:
NYS Literacy Certification (Birth-Grade 6 or 5-12) preferred; candidates who are currently completing certification requirements and expect to be certified by September 1, 2026 are encouraged to apply.
* Reading/LiteracyCertification Requirement:

* ESOL/ENLCertification Requirement:

Qualifications for All Positions:* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional learning community
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Commitment to equity and inclusive instructional practices
* Familiarity with MTSS, data-driven instruction, and culturally responsive teaching practices preferred
* Competitive salary commensurate with experience, minimum of $48,114 (Step 1 + Master's degree stipend).
