Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates using creative and strategic methods
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the recruitment process
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage requisitions and candidate activity
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
Stay informed on labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with a focus on quality of hire
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Experience with ATS platforms and HR systems preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential strongly preferred
