TA Specialist - Global Financial Services Organisation - Contract Opportunity Your new company
A global financial services organisation with a strong and growing presence in Australia. Known for their collaborative culture and focus on continuous improvement, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their high-performing People & Culture team on a 12 to 18-month contract. You'll be part of an engaged HR environment that values partnership, learning and working closely together in a modern CBD office.

Your new role
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll partner with leaders across the business to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of corporate, operational, and technology roles. This is a high-impact position offering autonomy, stakeholder ownership and the opportunity to contribute to broader people initiatives.
You will:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business areas
- Drive quick-turnaround hiring with a strong focus on service and relationships
- Build and maintain pipelines using SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and ATS platforms
- Coordinate job briefings with hiring managers and support them through the recruitment process
- Contribute to talent initiatives including onboarding improvements, capability uplift and early careers programs

What you'll need to succeed
- Several years' recruitment experience- Experience hiring across corporate, operational, or technology roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and ATS/HRIS systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work on-site in the CBD
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
