POSITION DETAIL

Exceeding $250 million in assets, EdiFi Federal Credit Union, located in Willingboro, New Jersey, is currently seeking a senior financial services executive to assume the role of Senior Vice President of Operations.  Reporting directly to the President/CEO, you will be responsible for strategically overseeing a six-branch network and supporting retail operations, back-office operations support, and a contact center.  The credit union will be looking to you to champion the member experience, explore new processes, expand product and service offerings, and promote a cross-selling environment. The ideal candidate will have five plus years of experience overseeing a branch infrastructure, extensive experience in regulatory operational compliance, and bring proven leadership skills, coupled with highly effective communication skills.
