Description
Your day-to-day-
- Act as subject matter expert within the business implementation function.
- Cover all operational aspects related to accounting activities during event projects such as new launches, migrations, mergers, and liquidations.
- Define and implement the target operating model and timeline according to internal standards.
- Coordinate with all involved teams to ensure operational setup and flow readiness in line with target operating model requirements.
- Work closely with other project team members to address transversal topics and operational dependencies.
- Maintain the event pipeline, checklists, and project plans with accurate and high-quality information to ensure strong risk mitigation.
- Participate in regular project meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders as a representative of the business implementation function.
- Organise and coordinate flow connectivity with stakeholders, including testing with technical teams to ensure readiness on go-live day.
- Ensure the understanding and validation of operational documentation with new stakeholders.
- Guarantee a smooth transition to business-as-usual mode after project completion.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of event processes by proposing practical solutions and leading post-implementation reviews when required.
Your profile
-
- Senior level professional with strong operational and coordination experience.
- In-depth and technical knowledge of accounting processes, with exposure to event activities such as mergers, new product launches, or share-class creation.
- Preferably familiar with MFFA or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and target operating models.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on risk control and process accuracy.
- Proactive approach with a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Languages: French, English, and German; any additional language is considered an advantage.
