Ich übernehme die Verantwortung für die Steuerung der Umweltplanung in Genehmigungsverfahren für den Neubau von Erdkabelprojekten - und leiste damit einen aktiven Beitrag zur Energiewende.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Fachprojektleiter*in mit dem Schwerpunkt Umweltplanung steuere ich die notwendige genehmigungs- und umweltfachliche Antragsdokumentation (u. a. für Verfahren nach NABEG). Ich begleite das Projekt mit meiner Expertise vom Genehmigungsverfahren bis zur baulichen Fertigstellung. Ich koordiniere externe Gutachter*innen und Planungsbüros im naturschutzfachlichen Teil des Verfahrens und gestalte die Abstimmungen mit Behörden und weiteren Stakeholdern souverän und lösungsorientiert. Dank meiner technischen und fachlichen Sicherheit behalte ich auch in herausfordernden Momenten den Überblick.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Fachliche Steuerung der Genehmigungs- und Umweltplanung für Erdkabelprojekte - von der Antragstellung bis zur baulichen Umsetzung,
• Beauftragung, Prüfung und Begleitung umweltfachlicher Gutachten (z. B. Landschaftspflegerische Begleitpläne, FFH-Verträglichkeitsprüfungen, UVP-Berichte, artenschutzrechtliche Fachbeiträge),
• Steuerung weiterer relevanter Antragsunterlagen, etwa im Bereich Bodenschutz,
• Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Führen des fachlichen Teils von Vergabeverhandlungen,
• Steuerung von Kompensationsmaßnahmen,
• Prozessleitung aller umweltfachlichen Themen im Genehmigungsverfahren - unter konstruktiver Einbindung interner Schnittstellen und externer Behörden,
• Führung des Projektteams und der Dienstleister im eigenen Fachprojekt, inklusive Termin-, Kosten- und Risikosteuerung,
• Souveräne Kommunikation mit Behörden, Stakeholdern und der interessierten Öffentlichkeit,
• Begleitung der Bauphase bis zur Fertigstellung, inkl. Überwachung der Einhaltung genehmigungsrechtlicher Anforderungen,
• Dokumentation des gesamten Prozesses sowie Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Wissensmanagements.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom) einer geeigneten Fachrichtung wie Umwelt-, Landschafts-, Stadt- und Raumplanung, Geoökologie, Rechtswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar - mit einschlägiger Erfahrung ist auch ein Quereinstieg möglich,
• Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung planfeststellungsbedürftiger Infrastrukturvorhaben oder in der fachgutachterlichen Umweltplanung,
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement,
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift,
• Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisen im Netzgebiet.

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrungen mit GIS oder CAD sowie Kenntnisse in SAP,
• Ausgeprägtes Interesse an technischen - insbesondere elektrotechnischen - Fragestellungen.
