Responsibilities
- Assist the team head to formulate full-year business plans and be responsible for their related deployment and implementation to deliver sales target
- Responsible for driving the execution plan for new securities service or system enhancement launches, and analysing customer and sales MIS to derive insights for securities business growth.
- Drive the execution plan for new securities service launches and their relating marketing and promotion programs;
- Analyse customer and sales data to derive insights for securities business growth;
- Work closely with digital team, platform delivery team and other stakeholders for user requirement development, campaign logistics and customer communications;
- Identify customer pain points, suggest appropriate customer journey and monitor their improvements;
- Assist the team head to be the vital part in business initiative/projects.
- Cash equity budget delivery via development of service model, marketing plan & pricing strategy
- Compliant with cash equity regulatory requirements and address SFC / HKEX / HKMA new requirements by engaging with stakeholders on timely manner
- Quality execution of sales and marketing programs, and process improvement projects according to pre-defined timeline
- Provide in-depth analysis that leads to insights for cash equity growing business
- Engage and collaborate with regional EPG & country stakeholder closely for various cash equity projects or incident supports
- Compliance with departmental and organization standard;
- Taking up sales relief function, including but not limited to when there is a shortage of available RI staffs (Staff who are registered RIs may from time to time be required to do so).
- 7 to 10 years of experience in banking, preferably related to the equity products Good organization and project management skill
- Creative and independent Strong analytical skills
- Good in multitasking skill
- Prompt response with excellent attention to details
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Adaptive, flexible and ability to work under pressure
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/ Business Administration preferred
