Remuneration:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $528,085 p.a., comprising salary between $197,063 - $288,584 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, general attraction and retention allowance, regional and remote attraction allowance (L13-L27) (Permanent Full Time, 80 hrs p.f. or Permanent Part Time, hours negotiable) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).

The Staff Specialist – Respiratory and Sleep Medicine Physician provides high-quality specialist medical care in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of respiratory and sleep disorders across the service.

The role contributes to the delivery of safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care through clinical leadership, multidisciplinary collaboration, and participation in quality improvement, teaching, and research activities.

The position supports the development and advancement of respiratory and sleep medicine services within the Health Service, ensuring contemporary practice, service sustainability, and improved health outcomes for the community.
