Position Summary:
• Minimum 10+ years of overall Testing Experience
• Sound knowledge of end-to-end P&C Insurance Application landscape with clear understanding of different applications and their role / business objective
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire CC, with good hands-on experience
• Good experience in API testing using Postman tool
• Have experience in UI Automation Testing Preferably Playwright with Typescript
• Able to drive meeting and clearly communicate / articulate / identify action, action owner and deadline
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across the organization
• Able to work independently with different application leads, teams, 3rd party and formulate E2E test strategy and plan on Test Environment, Test Data and System Integrations
• Strong in communication and stakeholder management
• Have experience in JIRA and Jenkins
• Good presentation / reporting skills

Mandatory Skills:

Product Skill - Guidewire Claim Center
UI Automation Tools - Playwright with Typescript
API Testing using Postman

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to prepare detailed E2E Test Strategy for Product implementation / Upgrade / migration program in Guidewire
• Ability to manage transition/migration program
• Ability to work with / handling 3rd party stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with different application leads, teams, 3rd party and plan on Test Environment, Data Migration, Test Data, System Integration and Automation testing
• Able to drive meeting and clearly communicate / articulate / identify action, action owner and deadline
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across the organization
• Drive implementation for the program to enhance automation coverage
• Strong in communication and stakeholder management
• Good presentation / reporting skills
• Participate in daily standup calls, Iteration planning meetings, retrospection meetings etc.
