Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Gwinn, MI
Pay Range: $21.00 per Hour
Shift: M-TH 6am-4:30pm with OT Shifts on Fri and Sat when needed
What's the Job?
- Manufacture parts per specifications and work instructions.
- Maintain the “Order, Organization, Cleanliness” of the factory.
- Maintain accurate paperwork.
- Follow all documented standard operating procedures.
- Monitor, report issues, and suggest improvements on equipment and tooling.
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Capable of reading technical drawings and using a tape measure properly.
- Proficient in the use of computers.
- Must possess attention to detail, follow through, and accuracy of tasks.
- Able to operate an 8,000 pounds capacity forklift and lift 50 pounds.

- Sign on bonus opportunity for all new, full-time associates is now $1,500 (less applicable taxes) and will be paid in the following tiers: $250 after 30 days, $425 after 90 days, $750 after 180 days.
